Alex Berry was great! Took my case on very short notice and was prepared and professional from beginning to end. In short, my ex wife's boyfriend (career felon) had been physically assaulting my two daughters. I had a permanent restraining order against him and my daughters. Alex was my boyfriend’s attorney during a Vehicular assault charge. The Criminal assault case ended up dragging out for over a year due the complexity of the case. He was charged with three felonies, one misdemeanor and was facing 15 years in prison. Mr Berry was able to reach a plea bargain with the DA of five years in community corrections, which allowed him to keep his job and kept him out of prison. Considering what he was facing, this was an amazing outcome and we’re very thankful for that. After the case was closed and we thought the criminal legal side was done; multiple unexpected events happened post sentencing. One of those things was a warrant out for his arrest due to clerical errors on community corrections end. This warrant was opening the opportunity for him to go to jail even though he had done nothing wrong and was in complete compliance with the court. Alex worked quickly and effectively to get rid of the warrant before allowance of him getting arrested. Mr Berry was no longer retained by us, but he still got the warrant dismissed free of charge. This was just one small example of how Alex went above and beyond. I would highly recommend hiring Alex as your attorney.
